Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are completely free to anywhere in Australia for orders over $150. This means no matter what you buy and no matter where you live in Australia you will pay $0.00 to have it delivered to your door for orders over $150. Orders under $150 will incur a small $15.00 delivery charge.

Online Transaction Security

Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is our top priority. AWS protects the security of your online transaction by taking advantage of a direct Gateway online payment solution.

To check that your browser is in secure mode, check that a “lock” or a “key” icon is displayed in the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. You can also check by looking at the URL bar on top of your browser. This line will typically show the first characters as “https” when a secure connection has been established rather than “http” which indicates a connection that is not secured. To further protect your security, we suggest you close your browser window after you have finished your visit, especially if you are using a computer shared by others.

Warranty Policy

All products purchased through AWS are completely covered and supported under the manufacturer’s product warranty.

If you encounter a warranty issue with a welding helmet you buy online through AWS, please contact us and stop using the product immediately. AWS will send you a warranty return form that must be filled out and accompany the returned warranty product.

Should the product be assessed and found to be faulty then AWS will dispatch a replacement product with a warranty report. AWS will keep you in the loop at all stages and should we replace a product under warranty your period of cover starts again.

Please note that it will be your responsibility to return the product to AWS for warranty assessment. Under no circumstances will replacement products be sent to the customer before AWS receives the returned warranty product. If the product is found to have been damaged through misuse your original product will be sent back to you accompanied by a warranty report. If the product is assessed and found to have no fault then the product will be returned to you accompanied by a warranty report. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return Policy

With our hassle-free Returns Policy, just lodge a Return Request with us and you can nominate to exchange the original item for another or, if you prefer, request a refund.

  • A returned item will attract a store credit for the full amount of purchase, which can be used to purchase other items from AWS;
  • If a refund is approved, it will be for the total purchase amount, less any applicable postage and handling costs associated with the item(s) original consignment.

Freight charges incurred in returning goods to AWS will be at the customer's expense, with exception to faulty items and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be supplied.

You can submit a Return Request up to 10 business days from the date of delivery.

Approving your return request:

In order for a Return Request to be approved:

  • Items must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging;
  • Items contained within this packaging must be in original, unused condition;
  • Part numbers on the returned items must be legible and undamaged;
  • Items must be returned to AWS within 10 business days of Return Request approval

We attempt to keep all product images and descriptions up to date. All product images on the AWS website may vary from the actual product. All typographical errors are subject to correction. Please note that images are only to be used as a point of reference and may not be indicative, in any way, of the actual product.

Product Descriptions and Specifications

Please be assured that AWS make every effort to ensure product description accuracy, however specifications, features, documents and graphics published may contain inaccuracies. If an error is made or a product is listed at the incorrect price, AWS will endeavour to correct the error as soon as possible. Should you receive an order which does not match the online product then please contact AWS.
